Every day is simple if you think it’s simple, but it’s not just simple like you thought. There is something useful behind your everyday routine. That thing leads you to the most brilliant success you’ve never thought of. Every routine you did and kept doing it brought you success, but how if something unusual happened that harms your routines. Definitely, you might lose confidence and truth. Then you probably give up. Do you wish such unusual thing happen? Of course, you don’t. But how would you avoid? Be ready for that by thinking ahead to safely continue your journey. What happened in the past tells you well about your story; but the rest of your story will start from now through who you choose to be.

To get thing done, it’s worth to observe, analyze and learn from its processes.”  MEASURING AND CONTROLLING RESULTS intends to mobilize your inner skills and talent together to complete your gaps. It designs to transform your everyday routines into one that enriches you to an enjoyable, measurable and sustainable ways of life and working. NO ONE CAN RETURN TO THE PAST AND CHANGE A BAD BEGINNING BUT EVERYONE CAN START NOW FOR A BRILLIANT ENDING.

MEASURING AND CONTROLLING RESULTS (MCRs) is designed to help everyone reflect the inner sides for a brilliant ending by completing the current gaps of everyday routines. The course mobilizes thought, skills, attitude and talent and encourages brain to work out; not perceptions.

Expected Outcome
There is no doubt since this course is designed to awake the every inner side to work out. Therefore, the followings are expected after completion:
  • Acceleration of personal management skills toward accomplishing project goal and objectives is revealed;
  • Transformation of observation process into practices for which learnings are promoted for better managing, leading and controlling project outcomes;
  • Practical Tactics in controlling work that produces productivity and high quality outcomes are discussed and debated; and
  • Approaches of inspiring project teamwork for success are shared and adapted for practically applying at their work place. 

Course Outline
This chapter enriches the inner skills of every person to reveal and start to work for personal and institutional growth. This section defines how well one understands about him/herself and transform into a practical tactic for which brain will work out. These are key discussions in this section:

TEAM means Together Everyone Achieves More. Thus, this chapter intends to get everyone appreciates teamwork instead of individual. The processes of how a strong team is formed will be discussed and practically applied in the real workplace. It’s true that there is no secret formula for forming successful project teamwork but something worth in this chapter that you can discover. These are key discussions in this section:

  • Tools and Techniques for managing teams
  • Managing Project Teams Outputs
There are two main purposes in this chapter. First, it guides you of how to create a standard project performance. And second, it tells how to manage it. The thing is what are the project performance standards? What are tactics and approaches that help you reach the standards? This chapter definitely helps answer these questions for you. Facilitator of this course will use variety of approaches to enrich all participants meet their goal and objectives of participating in. Facilitator’s Profile
Mr. Sou Savoeurn possesses over 10 years of experiences in teaching ESL and training to improve high standard of implication for achieving organizational goals. He experienced in community-based organizations formation, community development-based youth agents, program technical advice, organizational strategic development, school and education center management and program management. Savoeurn also experienced in organizing, delivering, monitoring and evaluating the success of training curriculums and trainings provided to local partners, companies, not-for-profit organizations, social enterprises, local government agencies and individuals for effective implementation, leading, managing and evaluating of those institutions’ activities.

Currently, Savoeurn serves as Community Organizing Program Manager (CDP Manager). He is also a Training Director at Organization Development Center of Cambodia (ODCC). He stands as a deputy board director and a board member of two different organizations. He pertains to lead, manage, monitor, evaluate and ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, relevant, impact and lessons learnt of child protection & education, livelihood restoration & improvement, health service improvement and community organizing projects. He conducts regular coaching and training to project staffs, local partners and individuals for achieving all project goals and objectives.
