Who is the trainer?
Mr. Veth Sokhim (Specialties: Administration, HR and Labor Law)
Mr. VETH Sokhim belongs as an adjunct for almost 10-year extensive working experiences in Human Resource, Administration and Operation departments holding the position of Manager in both local and International NGOs and business companies. He actively involves in the establishment and delivery of an effective HR and administration capability by providing support across the areas of internal policies development, office management, OSHA, recruitment, induction, training and development, payroll, leave, staff performance management, remuneration review, succession planning, and industrial & employee relations. Sokhim gains senior experiences through his involvement in the organization management team. He actively involved in developing organization strategic plan, Human Resource and Administrative strategic plans, tools to implement, measuring and evaluating the plans. He is the one obliged for the success of general operating in the entire organization.
Sokhim is also a founder of Friends Help Friend Foundation (FHF) in 2009. The foundation’s mission is to build and improve youth capacity in positive thinking toward globalization and environment change. His role is to empower community people, youths and children to work independently for their community development and prospect careers. Many NGOs and business companies invite him to conduct trainings on Administration and Labor Law for hundreds of directors, managers and staff through his practical experiences. He became a professional trainer to NGOs, government and businesses for over 4 years and he has been well-known and recognized by many institutions.
