Pour un Sourire d'Enfant Organization (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to the rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for potential candidates for the position of Sports Trainer (01 post), based in Phnom Penh.

- Coordinate, mobilize and organize mobile sports programs and tournaments to children in communities to make sure miserable children have a chance to enjoy sports activities and competition at their places. This program aims at reducing violence, drug abuse, drop-out rate and also improving solidarity and friendship for children in community
- Plan and design sports programs/ physical activities, then schedule a regular visit and organize various sports tournaments/ matches to the target communities
- Observe, record and report behavior/ attitude change of children
- Promote and encourage children to school by showing an interesting activities, funs, joys at school base
- Closely work and collaborate with other related sports trainers to design sports activities/ competition
Requirements
- Minimum grade 12 from state school
- Diploma in Sports or Physical Activity or other relevant certificate
- Minimum 1 year related experience in sports (football, volley ball, table tennis ….etc.,)
- Demonstrate the past experience in managing and facilitating children
- Be able to drive a car and interest in traveling across Phnom Penh
- Be able to use English and Computer Office Program is a plus
- Be initiative, self-starting, and team building
- Be enthusiastic, patient and enjoy working with vulnerable children
- Respect and support the mission and value of PSE
