Senteurs d’Angkor Workshop is a company located in Siem Reap. We are committed to produce and sale natural products. Now we are seeking a candidate to conduct a position of Spa Manager to develop our activity.
Responsibilities:
- Under the lead of the Managing Director:
- The Spa Manager will be strongly involve in the conception and the setting out of the SPA
- The Spa Manager will have a proven track record in the recruitment, training and development of a team of masseuses and will be able to demonstrate skills for leading and motivating team members and colleagues.
- The Spa Manager will ensure the quality of our product by completing effective daily checks of treatment rooms and relaxation areas, therefore high levels of attention to detail are essential.
- The Spa Manager will be able to deal effectively and professionally with guests and colleagues at every level.
- The Spa Manager could also be able to prepare and control the quality of the treatment products and to launch the manufacture of our products closely with our cosmetic lab team.
Job Requirements for this position:
- Female over 25yo.
- Good at leading, organizing team with strong motivational skills and good teamwork spirit.
- Good English spoken & written
- Other language (French) will be an advantage.
- Computer abilities (Word, Excel, Internet).
- Experience as Assistant or Spa Manager.
