Pour un Sourire d'Enfant Organization (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to the rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for potential candidates for the position of Social Officer Assistant Volunteer (03 posts), based in Phnom Penh.

- Visit and follow up both existing and new families within target communities assigned
- Assist in facilitating and solving all problems or issues of community people
- Assist in providing the counseling and advice to community people
- Support and help facilitate the trainings conducted by social office team
- Update the information of the family into the database
- Be a spokesperson and reporter of new families for social office team
- Write a report for Social Officer Assistant
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate or year fourth student in Sociology, Psychology, Rural Development or other related fields
- Working experience is not required, but strong willingness and readiness to gain the experiences related to community work
- Be able to communicate in English; French is a plus
- IT literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Power Point…etc.,)
- Be able to work for a six month full time contract
- Be able to drive a motorbike
- Be patient, problem shooting, and committed
