Pour un Sourire d'Enfant Organization (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to the rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for potential candidates for the position of Public Relation Officer (01 post), based in Phnom Penh.

- Search and find the job employment and internship for the PSE students in various vocational training skills such as construction, mechanics, hotel, business…etc.,
- Develop, represent and maintain strong positive relations, networks and contacts with multi-international companies, NGOs or others
- Facilitate, follow up and solve students problems while they are doing the internship and working
- Write a monthly report for manager
Requirements
- Possess bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Communication or others alike
- Minimum two year progressive working experiences ( Sales, Marketing, …etc.,)
- Some experiences related to marketing research/ survey
- Be able to communicate in English or French
- IT literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, E-mail…)
- Strong communication and negotiation
- Be outgoing, enthusiastic, and result - oriented
- Respect and support the mission and value of PSE
