Pour un Sourire d'Enfant Organization (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to the rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for potential candidates for the position of Kindergarten Teacher (01 post), based in Phnom Penh.

- Manage and control kindergarten students aged from 6- 12 years old while they are free from school by providing extra class educational support/ activity to improve their study, behavior, social interaction, and mental development
- Develop and coordinate the extra course program for kindergarten students in collaboration with supervisor and facilitate the program to understand and evaluate the study progress and attitude of individual students
- Teach and develop various extra class activities/ materials for students to learn and entertain
- Develop educational games, fun activities or sports/ arts for students to involve
- Daily control and observe both discipline and attitude of students
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum high school certificate from state school
- Minimum one year experience in teaching pre-school or kindergarten, teaching assistant or other relevant experiences
- Have a teaching pedagogy certificate for kindergarten is a plus
- English for communication is a plus
- IT literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Power Point…etc.,) is a plus
- Present a strong interest to work with vulnerable children
- Be patient, dynamic, and caring
- Respect and support the mission and value of PSE
