Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a vacant position of Food Production Instructor (02 posts), based in Phnom Penh.

- Train students in food production skills both Asian and Western Food
- Oversee and participate in the preparation, cooking and catering
- Design the training materials based on the course program
- Manage and prepare working schedule and roaster for students to practice in the kitchen
- Observe and advise students both quality and behavior

Requirements
- Minimum High School Certificate or Culinary School
- Minimum 2 year experiences in a position (One post required Sous Chef and the other post required only Senior Chef de Partie, or Chef de Partie) at high quality Restaurant, Resort or Hotel
- Teaching experience is not required
- Open to both qualified Cambodians and Foreigners
- Strong ability of transferring knowledge to students
- Demonstrate a strong interest in teaching food production skills
- Be able to communicate in English (French is a plus)
- IT literate ( Ms. Word and Excel, PowerPoint, ...etc.,)
- Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members
- Willing to work with vulnerable children
