Background
Under a public-private partnership with the Royal Government of Cambodia, Cambodia Airports holds the concession for the development and the management of the Kingdom's three international airports in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville.
Position of: Assistant Manager- Maintenance (01 position)
Location: Siem Reap International Airport
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage operation, maintenance teams and subcontractors for inspecting, maintaining and repairing of Airport facilities but not limited to building, MVAC systems, runway, generators, airfield lighting, plumbing system and other electrical systems.
- Energy management
- Coordinate with technical team for such improvement projects
- Enforce safety, security rules on maintenance staffs
Requirements:
- Cambodian national of legal age
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent diploma in the related field
- Higher Education is a plus.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in facility maintenance position
- Leadership qualities with good interpersonal and communication skill
- Proficiency in writing and speaking Khmer and English
- Be able to work at night time
- Can work under pressure, meet deadlines, be a team player and can do-attitude
