This training course is designed to build the focal person of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), and its developing partners through sharing the challenging mission of enabling the M&E field to overcome the project development and programmes at all levels.
Although the performance of M&E has collectively in many aspects over the years of internal and external expertise through learning, practical within the strength and weaknesses in order to identifying the gaps and opportunity for improving the M&E systems. In particularly, in the way impact on M&E is carried out and used at the project management and policy level. The need for support is also evident from the numerous requested that the courses receive the feedback from the trainees for assistance in M&E system design and operation.
The Course objectives
- Learn how to design the implication for M&E of changing approaches to development
- To use M&E to manage for programme/project impacts
- Learn how to define the linking project design, annual planning with M&E
- Setting up the M&E systems (overviews, key steps of setting, document plan, quality and keeping it update)
- To deciding what to monitor and evaluate the projects
- How to gathering, managing and communicating information related M&E
