VTJ Plc. is an international company and a leader in manufacturer and distributor of Drywall/Partition, Gypsum Ceiling and Roofing sheet system in Cambodia. To support our business rapid growth and progress market expansion, we are seeking for highly motivated, committed individuals, dynamic team enthusiasm to full fill as Stock keeper.
Main Duties:
Main Duties:
- Check stock movement in Branch,
- Check internal transfer and monitoring the promotion.
- Checking Delivery Notes and ensuring correct dating and allocation to departments.
- Cross check with actual collector about the stock-out, stock-in in the branch,
- Records and files to be kept in order and easily accessible.
- Complete the inventory report daily, weekly and monthly.
- Arrangement the warehouse to make sure F I FO concept is applied.
- Warehouse arrangement with product bar code.
- Minimize the damaged stocks / keep stock in good condition to sell
- Propose the solution for stock clearance in term of slow moving items and damage stocks.
Job Specifications:
- Associate or Bachelor degree in management or stock management
- Minimum 1 year experience in stock management
- Good knowledge and background in supply Chain & stock management
- Ability to manage people and organize work effectively
- Willing to learn new thing to achieve the objective
- Able to understand English speaking, listening, and writing skill. Vietnamese speaking is an advantage
- Good computer literacy
- Commitment, honesty, flexibility, and adaptability
