VTJ Plc. is an international company and a leader in manufacturer and distributor of Drywall/Partition, Gypsum Ceiling and Roofing sheet system in Cambodia. To support our business rapid growth and progress market expansion, we are seeking for highly motivated, committed individuals, dynamic team enthusiasm to full fill as Project Sales Supervisor.
Main Duties:
- Prepare engineering analysis of projects to include: preliminary design, calculation, life cycle cost and equipment selection.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
- Conduct surveys to gather field data.
- Manage construction document printing process.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems
- Searching for construction project site focusing roofing structure.
- Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
- Provide technical presentations to elected officials, Clients and staff.
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
Job Specifications:
- Cambodian Nationality, over 30 years of age
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering or related field
- Understanding Sales concept.
- At least 3 years working experience with related field
- Willing to learn new thing to achieve the objectives and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram.
- Must be honest, responsible, initiative, and be able to work as team work
- Good command of English (strong verbal and written communication skills). Vietnamese language is a plus.
- Computer literacy (Auto CAD, MS. Word/Excel, Internet & E-mail, PowerPoint)
