Due to our growing expansion and competitiveness in the market place, we are seeking the services of an experienced Agricultural Business Development and Marketing Manager. This is a newly created position, with the role being central to our expanding business growth and future success.

Job duties for Business Development and Marketing Manager:
- Lead the company’s Business Development and marketing strategy.
- Be accountable for the attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans and ensure staff deliver in their area of responsibilities to a high performance level
- Be responsible for staff training and development and provide mentoring
- Take a lead in market research and customer satisfaction survey as part of our company’s approach to continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Male or Female age between 25-40 years old
- Graduated at colleges or universities preferably Marketing or Management fields. Master degree in these fields is at great advantages.
- Must have at least 5 years sale and marketing experience in wholesale company preferably in manager position. Experience in agricultural products is desirable.
- Good English proficiency
- Excellence communication and interpersonal skills
- Hard working, enthusiasm, dynamic and creative
- Willing to travel to provinces when requires
Salary range: $1,300-1,500/month.
