VTJ Plc. is an international company and a leader in manufacturer and distributor of Drywall/Partition, Gypsum Ceiling and Roofing sheet system in Cambodia. To support our business rapid growth and progress market expansion, we are seeking for highly motivated, committed individuals, dynamic team enthusiasm to full fill as following positions:Sales Supervisor
Main Duties:
- Coordinate sales and business initiatives and integrate sales processes across the company in the allocated Territory.
- Development, communication, and implementation of effective sales
- Facilitate feedback to different areas of business regarding client needs, operational needs, business opportunities, and marketing/sales programs.
- Work closely with Product & Services Marketing: channel feedback on product
- Recommend creative selling techniques based on market and product knowledge
- Monitor and develop all branches to hit the target
- Participate as a member of Sales Leadership Team, responsible for supporting sales initiatives
- Provide accurate and timely Forecast’s using the appropriate Sales Tools.
- Processes and maintain all relevant information about Customers and Leads.
- Work with Sales Operations & Sales Leadership to ensure business is transacted, accurately and within pricing guidelines to the highest ethical standards
- Work with Customers to ensure timely payments against invoices
Job Specifications:
- Graduated bachelor degree in the field of marketing or related
- At least 3 years experience in sales/retail sales
- Good customer service skills
- Have a large general knowledge, clever and flexible and good networking
- Good business mind, strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Good in Vietnamese speaking & writing is a plus
- Good computer literacy Microsoft word ,excel, internet and e-mail
- Having a good looking
- Able to work independently
