SUMMARY OF POSITION
IREX seeks a Partnerships Program Manager to work on a USAID-funded program in Cambodia to support technology and social media for development by formalizing a technology/social innovation lab--notionally named Social Innovation Lab-Kampuchea (SILK). The project’s primary goals are to:
1) Empower civil society and citizens with equal access to information and communications;
2) Increase access to and diversity of educational opportunities, and incubate and design technology-based solutions for CSOs; and
3) Train civil society organizations how to use media technology for development purposes.
The Partnerships Program Manager will manage all aspects of the public-private partnerships component of the SILK program. The position is contingent on funding.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute the implementation plans of products and services resulting from partnerships
- Collaborate with USAID to develop and monitor the Memoranda of Understanding with private companies
- Monitor the progress and implementation of activities conducted in partnership with private sector organizations
- Help identify new partnerships for new innovations
- Create an atmosphere for private sector and civil society to work more closely.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of the private sector entities in Cambodia and proven project management skills to manage the partnership component of the project.
- Proven project design and management skills to develop and execute implementation plans of products and services resulting from partnerships.
- Communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with USAID and private companies.
- Prior experience working with the private sector, particularly entities with corporate social responsibility priorities and programs.
- Outstanding English skills and good Khmer language skills required
