Main duties:
- Responsible for the technical and financial successful results of the company
- Implement all policies and procedure set-out by the board of the company
- Ensure that the company’s structure is aligned to the company’s business strategy
- Ensure that throughout all areas of the company’s activities such as business development, planning , engineering, constructing legal, finance etc. are well coordinated to ensure that the management system is in place to achieve company strategy and target.
- Must have at least 5 years experiences in construction management or the same position in other related field.
- Proven record of delivering result include excellence in organizational and planning skill
- Team management ,leadership experience and visionary figurehead in order to capture the next expansion construction market
- Customer satisfaction-oriented, initiative and problem solving skill
- Proven leadership and business management ability
- Proven negotiation, networking, liaison skills and ability,
- Presentation, training, research and report writing skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with exceptional people skills,
- Impartiality and objectiveness
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent communication (including presentation) skills, both verbal and written
- Must have an understanding in the Construction and Engineering field
