The Cambodian Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority (CMAA) in
partnership with the UNDP implementing “Clearing for Results Project Phase 2” is seeking to recruit a Quality
Management Manager (QMM) that will be based in Phnom Penh with frequently field
mission to provinces.
Key Functions:
- Coordinate with demining operators in developing activity plan,
- Manage the tasks of QM teams,
- Provide technical skill to QM teams,
- Conduct monitoring on CMAS and Operator’s SOPs compliance,
- Assist the Director of R&M Department in technical aspects,
- Conduct Investigations on the incident of mine,
- Review administrative and operational reports,
- Prepare consolidated monthly reports of the QM teams,
- Assist in the MDD/EDD testing process.
Requirements:
- University degree in management, socio-economic sciences or similar,
- At least 5 years of experience in humanitarian mine action at management level,
- EOD level 3 or equivalent qualification,
- Good computer skills in MS office and email,
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and English,
- Good understanding of Cambodian Mine Action Standards and demining SOPs,
- Experience in information management, coordination, monitoring and reporting.
