provinces in the country.
Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the branch’s marketing, sales, lending and savings mobilization activities.
- Identify target markets and develop branch expansion strategy to achieve company’s social and financial goals.
- Establish annual loan, savings, and money transfer projections in conjunction with annual budget plan process and provide justification behind this plan as requested by Operations Management team.
- Ensure security of all branch staff, buildings, assets and cash.
- Ensure accuracy of branch cash projections.
- Monitor potential risks at sub branch and report to RM/Head of Credit Operations/Risk departments.
- Ensure timely and appropriate training and communication of new products, policies and procedures to ensure all branch staffs are in compliance.
- Lead new product rollouts such as loans, savings, money transfers, and mobile banking at branch.
- Participate in staff recruitment process and ensure branch has appropriate numbers of qualified staff.
- Liaise and maintain relationships with all relevant community and opinion leaders, government officials, and local authorities at branch level.
Qualification and Experiences:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in banking/finance, accounting, business, or economics.
- At least three years of sales and operation experiences in the micro-finance sector.
- Two years experience in management position.
- Good understanding of Cambodian microfinance industry.
- Good computing skills (i.e. Microsoft Office) and good understanding and working experience of MIS for micro-finance.
- Staff supervision, training/coaching, and management experience.
- Good written and spoken English, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High motivation and ability to work without supervision
