Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for Potential Candidates to fill the following fulltime positions based in Phnom Penh:

Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for conducting various internal research projects for PSE-Institute to identify problems, opportunity, and strength to improve the organization changes or development
- Analyze and develop the research proposal to study sensitive issues
- Lead and supervisor the whole research project including questionnaire design, data collection, data entry, data analyzes, report writing, and presentation plus recommendation
- Estimate, calculate and control all budget expenses in the research project
- Assist students to participate and involve in the research projects
- Write a report for a manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration or other related fields
- Minimum one year working experience related to research coordination
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies
- Excellent capability of critical thinking and analysis
- High capacity of report writing and oral presentation
- High proficiency of SPSS or other research analysis software
- Good command of English (French is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be autonomous and drive for result
