Social Officer Assistant Volunteers

Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a Social Officer Assistant Volunteers, based in Sihanouk Ville.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and observe new families in the villages
• Handle and facilitate problems of villagers
• Build a good communication with internal departments, local authority and other stakeholders
• Update the information of  the family into the database
• Help assist in social training courses for the target areas
• Be a spokesperson and reporter of new families for Social Committee
• Write a report for Social Officer

Requirements

• Fresh Graduate or Year IV University students in Sociology, Humanity, Management or
• others alike
• Be able to work for full time based in Sihanouk Ville with a six month contract
• Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, E-mail…etc.,)
• Be able to use English or French as the medium for communication
• Self-motivated, committed and creative
• Be able to work for a full time with a six-month contract
• Demonstrate the willingness to work related to the community and travelling
