Transparency International Cambodia (TI Cambodia) was founded in July 5, 2010 and has officially registered with the Royal Government of Cambodia in July 2011. It is an official National Contact of Transparency International. The mission of TI Cambodia is to work together with individuals and institutions at all levels to promote integrity and reduce corruption in Cambodia.

HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support and assist in the management of Human Resource aspects of TI Cambodia including staff recruitment, policy compliance, staff benefits and incentives, capacity development, as well as creating all HR systems.
- Support and assist in the management of administrative aspects of the organization including internal and external correspondence, filing systems, personal files and staff payroll, etc.
Essential Qualifications:
- Cambodian national.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource and Administration and/or related field.
- Some experience in HR and administration with international or local organization
- Good experience dealing with employee relations in a multi-cultural environment.
- Knowledge of policies and practices related to HR and Administration
- Good communication skills in English both in writing and speaking, and the ability to translate from English into Khmer, and Khmer into English.
- Very good knowledge of computer software especially Microsoft Office applications.
- Good interpersonal and public relations skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to do multiple work assignments and establish priorities.
- Sound knowledge and commitment to the promotion of integrity, good governance and anti-corruption.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and with a high level of commitment to complete the tasks on time and to a high standard.
