Transparency International Cambodia (TI Cambodia) was founded in July 5, 2010 and has officially registered with the Royal Government of Cambodia in July 2011. It is an official National Contact of Transparency International. The mission of TI Cambodia is to work together with individuals and institutions at all levels to promote integrity and reduce corruption in Cambodia.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of the Strategic Plan, together with the Executive Director, to ensure that TI Cambodia is on track to achieve its goals and strategic objectives.
- Guide and support Program Managers to achieve the outputs and targets of the annual plans.
- Work with Program Managers to develop proposals, plans and budgets as needed for the success and expansion of TI Cambodia.
- Provide technical support and coaching to Program Managers in order to develop their capacities and improve their work productivity.
- Assist the Executive Director and Operations Team to create the Annual Global Budget and program budgets.
- Assist the Executive Director in developing and implementing a fundraising strategy to ensure that TI Cambodia has adequate resources through donor outreach, maintaining sufficient communications and networking with existing donors and contribute to the development of fundraising proposals.
- Contribute to the production and compilation of TI Cambodia’s Annual Report detailing annual achievements, outcomes, income and expenditures.
- Contribute to and help review publications and important external communications, including web content, brochures and quarterly updates especially related to programs and press statements.
- Promote the work of TI Cambodia with donors, partners and other stakeholders.Network with other NGOs and enlist their cooperation in the furtherance of mutual goals.
- Represent the organization at events with partner communities, non-governmental and international organizations, government officials, and other stakeholders as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- Cambodian National.
- At least 9 years of public interest work experience and a minimum of 5 years senior level and program management experience, preferably in the field of governance, advocacy and anti-corruption.
- Master degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, Public Affairs or another subject relevant to the work of TI Cambodia.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and build the capacity of a dynamic team.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Sound knowledge of and commitment to the promotion of integrity, good governance and anti- corruption.
- A passion to achieve TI Cambodia's mission and goals and a commitment to TI Cambodia's core values.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and with high level of commitment to ensure all outputs are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Fluent in English and Khmer with a proven ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
