DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and oversee the implementation of the financial management systems to ensure that the organization has adequate financial instruments, policies and procedures to receive, deliver and record all financial transactions in compliance with the policies and best practice.
- Lead the development and oversea the implementation of the HR and Administration Policies to ensure the organization has adequate HR polices, procedures, which meet international standards that can attract and retain most qualified employees and allow them to constantly develop their capacity to meet their work challenges.
- Lead the development and oversee the implementation of the Procurement Policy to ensure that the organization has proper procurement policy and is in compliance with international best practices.
- Lead and supervise the production of a good quality financial reports as well as auditing reports to ensure they are accurate and in compliance with the donors' requirement and on a timely manager.
Essential Qualifications:
- Cambodian national
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior operations responsibilities, preferably with non-profit organizations
- Strong experience in developing sound finance and accounting systems and in managing small grants and procurements
- Good knowledge and experience in HR and Administration Management
- Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR and Administration Management, or related subjects
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Sound knowledge of and commitment to the promotion of integrity, good governance and anti-corruption.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and with high level of commitment to ensure all outputs are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Fluent in English and Khmer with a proven ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
