Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a vacant position of Sales and Marketing Instructor, based in Phnom Penh.

- Assist in developing and updating the course curriculum to response the employment labor market needs
- Train and coach business school students in the subjects of Sales and Marketing
- Lead and manage students to conduct various practical projects to enhance student capabilities of Sales and Marketing
- Develop an effective tools/ on-going assessments to follow up students both study quality and discipline
- Prepare the lesson plan and update teaching materials and resources
- Closely and regularly collaborate with Orientation Officer and Public Relation Officer to direct and orientate students to get familiar with the ethics and values of the company’s standard
- Write a report for a manager
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing, Communication or other related fields
- Minimum two year working experiences related to Sales/ Marketing
- Minimum one year teaching experience in any subjects
- Be familiar with Pedagogy or Teaching Methodology
- Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail…etc.)
- Good command of English (French is a plus)
- Self- motivated and flexible
- Professional attitude with pleasant personality
- Willing to work with vulnerable children
