Director of Sales & Marketing
The successful candidate will be reporting to the General Manager and is to be quality driven, open-minded, creative, people-oriented and possess strong guest relations skills. Excellent communication and a high motivation aptitude is a prerequisite. The following qualifications are required:
- Minimum of five years experience in the related field within a hotel with proven track records
- Excellent command of English language, both written and oral
- A second language desirable
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills
- Self-motivated and mature
- Able to work independently
- Strong leadership qualities and negotiation skills
- Accountable for market performance and potential performance as well as the budgeting, forecasting and targeting of goals
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally if required
