- Create the supervisor’s job description to determine
success:
eg. Achieve goals in a quality and timely manner, train and
motivate staff, communicate with employees etc.

Trainers’ Profile:
Mr. Meng Seng Heng is an experienced Cambodian Master trainer. Trained by the Cambodian Secondary English Teaching (CAMSET) project and he also received overseas training in the United Kingdom (UK) and in the USA. He was also trained by the U.S. Embassy and the Mekong Private Development Facility (MPDF) in Phnom Penh. He graduated at the Royal University of Phnom Penh as Bachelor of Education (Bed) degree.
Mr. Meng is a professional trainer with extensive experience in language and management skill training programmes. Currently, he has designed and developed skills training, and regularly customizes training programs for specific needs. He has delivered a variety of skills training programs for both public and private sector organizations including English Report Writing Skills, Customer Service skills, Team Building Skills, Supervisory skills, delegating effectively, Management skills and Time Management skills.
He has worked for the Centre for British Teachers (CfBT) Education Services to conduct a variety of training programs for a range of both public and private sector organizations. He was a part-time Khmer language teacher at the International School of Phnom Penh (ISPP) and was a part time Master Trainer with the Mekong Private Sector Development Facilities (MPDF). His responsibilities were to conduct ToT programs, skills training programs and observe teachers and trainees and to give oral and written feedback in Khmer for Pre-Service and In-Service teachers.
