It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a vacant position of Pedagogy Trainer, based in Phnom Penh.

Responsibilities
- In aligned with PSE- Institute, analyze and define key competencies of vocational training instructors and develop training plans to improve their proficiency of pedagogy
- Conduct the pedagogical training courses or workshop to vocational training instructors : needs assessment, implementation, evaluation and monitoring
- Develop the programmation of each vocational training : repository competency, curriculum, lesson content, teaching materials
- Write a monthly report to the supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum Master degree in Education Science, Training Engineering or other related fields
- Minimum 2 year experiences in a senior position as a Course Curriculum Developer, a Professional Trainer, a Pedagogy Advisor or others alike
- Demonstrate a high proficiency of situational analysis and define tools to study the trainees’ progress or changes
- Good command of English (French is a plus)
- Computer Literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, E-mail...,)
- Self-motivated, autonomous, initiative and planning
- Closely work and collaborate in the alignment with PSE’s Values and Missions
