Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA), a non-profit organization, has established in January 2004 as part of tool to enhance and promote microfinance in Cambodia. Currently there are 28 Microfinance licensed members and 2 NGO registered members such PRASAC, AMRET, SATHAPANA, HATTHA KASEKOR Limited (HKL), VisionFund, AMK, TPC, SEILANITHIH, KREDIT, SAMIC, MAXIMA, CBIRD, IPR, EAP, Farmer Finance Microfinance, FUDF, First Finance Microfinance, YCP, Green Central Microfinance, Angkor ACE, CAM Capital, SAMRITHISAK, Prime Microfinance, CHAMROERN, Malis, CAMMA, Khemarak, Sonatra, VDA (NGO) and CCSF (NGO).

The main duties and responsibilities:
- Maintaining networking and regularly scanning virus of the facility
- Regularly updating the association's website
- Backup and maintenance Server and File Security
- Install and update software (operating systems and productivity) to enable staff to access the same information
- Consolidate and Precede the Network and Operational Area Information Exchange in Quarterly
- Document research from other sources on Microfinance and Sharing to members as needed
- Proceed the announcement of members in website of Association.
- Attend regular meeting: staff meeting and IT and Marketing committee meeting
- Develop marketing materials such as Newsletter and Annual Report
- Others as necessary from Management
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Dynamic and pleasant personality
- Hardworking
- High commitment
- Be creative and initiative
- Good communication skill
- At least Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Good command of English
- At least 2 year experiences related field
