Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a vacant position of English Program Manager, based in Phnom Penh.

- Be responsible for the sustainability and growth of English section
- Oversee, organize and facilitate all activities and projects of English section
- Develop and update the course curriculum and extra curriculum for English section
- Analyze and formulate both strategic and action plan for English section
- Assess and promote the teacher English Proficiency
- Endorse and upgrade the English teaching pedagogy to all staff
- Define and appraise the staff performance
- Revise and improve all academic administration tasks and assessment tools
- Identify and conduct trainings to English teachers
Requirements
- Master degree in TESOL, TEFL, or other related fields
- Minimum three year experiences in a senior management position of English Program
- Demonstrate the best achievements of leading to the result drive
- Excellent command of English (French is a plus)
- Computer Literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, E-mail...ect.,)
- Strong influential and leadership skills
- Self-motivated, initiative and planning
- Closely work and collaborate in the alignment with PSE’s Values and Missions
