Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a vacant position of Librarian, based in Phnom Penh.
Responsibilities

- Be responsible for developing and managing the library’s activities, policies, procedures, and information systems;
- Search and identify books, media systems , and other study materials and propose the order with an accurate recording;
- Initiate and lead various creative activities for all users and keep a precise data of all users;
- Ensure to provide the accurate inventories and budget of the library and produce a precise report for the manager;
- Manage and classify the books and other study materials based on the library systems/ techniques;
- Assist in orientation and advice to students in line with a teacher in charge
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree in Education, Sociology or other related degrees
- Certificate in Library Training
- Minimum two year experiences in Library
- Demonstrate the ability to manage the library project
- Good Command of English or French
- Be able to use Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Internet…etc.,)
- Have a high interest in researching and loving the book
- Willing to work with vulnerable children
- Be autonomous, initiative, patient and facilitating
