Since its establishment in 2000, Coordination of Action Research on AIDS and Mobility (CARAM cambodia), an NGO which is primarily working with migrants and mobile population such as Cambodian and Vietnamese entertainment workers and Cambodian migrant workers who are preparing to migrate abroad. CARAM Cambodia’s main work includes: safe repatriation and reintegration assistance for victims of human trafficking and labor exploitation; case handling and legal support for migrant workers to ensure access for justice; outreach education on rights related to reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, effect of drug use; pre-departure training, public forum; and advocacy.
With funding support from USAIDS through Winrock International for Cambodia Counter Trafficking in Person Program (CTIP II) from 2011 to 2015, CARAM Cambodia is hiring the following positions:
1) Two (2) Program Officers (POs)
The Project Officers (POs) are responsible for the day-to-day program implementation and directly report to Program Manager. S/he will support Program Manager in program running, organize training/workshop with migrant workers and community, organize local advocacy events, and assist Program Manager in the development of IEC materials, report writing, networking and other co-ordination activities.
2) One (1) Finance Officer (FO)

2) One (1) Finance Officer (FO)
The Finance Officer (FO) is responsible for:
- Ensuring well functioning and the management of financial transaction and administration and advise Executive Committee (EC) on Financial matter and ensure that financial policies and procedures are enforced;
- Ensure that the internal and external accounting controls are maintained and proper books and records are kept;
- Ensure that financial reports, project funding applications, annual budgets, annual cash flow projections and accounts are prepared in a timely manner;
- Ensure that budgets and costing for each project activity have been correctly prepared.
- Prepare monthly report and annual report together with working papers ready for annual audit and provide auditor with all information required for the purposes of transparency and accountability and to conduct follow-up and implementation of recommendations provided;
- Prepare payrolls, control all expense vouchers and make sure all the bills are true;
- Make financial reports, propose budget for Executive Director to review before submission to funding agencies and stakeholders;
- Order purchase of office stationery and other logistics after the approval by the Executive Director and directly report to Executive Director;

Experience

Minimum two years work experience on human
rights, labor migration, counter trafficking in person; experience of
report-writing; Preferably experience with Cambodian migrant workers and anti-human
trafficked issue

- Having experience in
administration and financial management
- Knowledge of computer
MS. Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Internet and Email
- Strong commitment to
work

Language Skills

Fluent in written and spoken English and
Khmer language skills

Preferably knowledge of
