The Transcultural Psychosocial Organization Cambodia (TPO) is one of the leading organizations in the field of mental health in Cambodia. TPO runs an outpatient clinic in Phnom Penh covering a wide range of psychological and psychiatric services.
TPO is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following vacancy. The purpose of the position is to provide effective psychiatric and psychological services to clients of TPO's Treatment Center as well as to prison inmates.

Psychiatrist

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric and psychological services to clients of TPO's Treatment Center as well as to prison inmates by providing screenings, assessments, counseling and medical treatment;
- Work closely with TPO's Clinic Manager, nurse, psychiatrist, physiotherapist, clinicians and referral agencies to plan and to ensure the quality of services;
- Contribute to the development of clinical instruments and documentation material;
- Participate in supervision, case discussions, case conferences and internal and external capacity building;
- Ensure that client data are entered into the electronic database accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- M.D. in Psychiatry
- At least 3 years experience in clinical work
- Fluency in spoken and written English, excellent in Khmer writing
- Be committed to work with clients and prison inmates
- Be able to work in a team, be open to feedback
- Be committed to personal and professional development
- Be willing to travel and stay overnight in the provinces.
The position requires good computer skills, good communication skills and teamwork approach and a strong commitment to clients’ needs!
