HATTHA KAKSEKAR Limited “HKL”
is a Licensed Micro-Finance Institution, delivering credit, savings,
local money transfer and other financial services to the micro, small
and medium enterprises in rural and urban areas within the country. HKL
is operating in 24 provinces/city such as Pursat, Siem Reap, Kampong
Thom, Kampong Cham, Kampong Chhnang, Battambang, Banteay Meanchey,
Preyveng, Takeo, Kandal, Svay Rieng, Kampong Speu, Preah Vihear, Kratie,
Oddar Meanchey, Kampot, Preah Sihanouk, Koh Kong, Kep, Steng Treng,
Rattanak Kiri, Mondul Kiri, Pailin and Phnom Penh.
Position: Payroll and Benefit Officer
Working Location: Head Office
Duties & responsibility:
- Ensure all benefit-related information of employees is accurately recorded and managed based on HKL policy and Cambodia law
- Ensure the calculation of employees’ monthly payment is accurately and timely done
- Ensure the calculation of employee’s yearly payment is accurately and timely done
- Ensure the calculation of employees’ benefits accrual is accurately and timely done
- Inform employees about benefits and respond to the staff’s inquiries on benefits
- Develop HR management system program up to date and based on the HKL policy
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager
Required Qualifications:
- Fully committed to HKL’s vision, mission, culture, values, procedures and objectives
- Demonstrate high level of ethical behavior and trustworthiness
- BBA degree or equivalent degree is required
- At least 1-year working experience in the administration or HR
- Be honest, friendly, active and creative
- Excellent in communication skills, including English speaking and writing skills
- Computer literacy in MS. Word, Excel, Internet and E-mail
- Be able to work under pressure and be highly self-motivated
- High level of commitment
