Thaneakea Phum (Cambodia) Ltd (TPC) is a leading microfinance institution (MFI) in Cambodia currently serving over 90,000 clients. TPC is owned by Developing World Markets (DWM); DWM is a USA-based socially responsible financial services group that primarily invests in microfinance institutions to promote economic and social development.

TPC is now seeking qualified candidates to fill the positions of Credit Officers for all its Branches and Post Offices based in Suong, Ou Reang Ov, Bavel, Moung Ruesssei, and Rotonak Mondol Districts, Battambang Province. Thmor Pouk, Kam Reang, and Sampov Lun Districts, Banteay Meanchey Province. Oudor Meanchey Province, Chiphu District, Svay Rieng Province and Kampong Speu Province. The Credit Officers will be under the supervision of the Head Credit Officer or Sub-branch Manager. The Credit Officers shall be responsible for establishing, maintaining, monitoring and evaluating the operations of village banks.

Job Location: Thmar Puok ( Banteay Meanchey ), Banteay Meanchey ( Banteay Meanchey ), Kamrieng ( Battambang ), Sampov Lun ( Battambang ), Bavel ( Battambang ), Moung Ruessei ( Battambang ), Rotonak Mondol ( Battambang ), Battambang ( Battambang ), Ou Reang Ov ( Kampong Cham ), Suong ( Kampong Cham ), Kampong Speu ( Kampong Speu ), Chiphu ( Svay Rieng ), Svay Rieng ( Svay Rieng ), Otdar Meanchey ( Otdar Meanchey )

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Promote and establish new village banks through networking and using survey & research methodologies; 
• Maintain existing village banks and encourage new membership; 
• Assist village bank group leaders in their loan application; 
• Monitor closely loan utilization, loan repayment and savings generation; 
• Prepare monthly operation reports.
  

Qualification Requirements :

• Bachelor degree of Accounting and Banking & Finance or equivalent field;
• Experience in handling loans/credit with other institutions preferable;
• Experience in sale and marketing an advantage;
• Skills in survey methodologies and techniques;
• Basic English knowledge;
• Incorruption, honesty, willingness to help the poor, and hard working;
• Holding a national ID card and a valid driving license.
