TPC is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Cashier based in Kratie Province. Under direct supervision of the Accountant and in close consultation with the Finance Manager and the CFO, the Cashier is responsible for proper safekeeping, handing and maintenance of cash or cheques received or paid out at the office. This will include, but not be limited to, collection of loan repayment, disbursement of payroll, and operating loan releases.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Acts as disbursement officer for all approved payables of the branch;
- Handles collection of whatever payment is due from the clients, employees, or other payers;
- Acts as Payroll Officer for Office;
- Takes custody of all funds (cash/cheques) of the branch;
- Ensures that safe is properly handled.
- Prepare daily cash status reports;
- Prepares daily cash movement and cash projection reports;
- Prepares request for fund transfer
- Undertakes banking activities (withdraw, deposit, transfer, update interest, and bank statement…)
- Conducts cashier transactions in MBWin.
- Other assigned tasks by supervisor
Qualification Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance or related discipline;
- At least 2 years experience preferably in a MFI;
- Good command of English language both written & spoken;
- Sound underrating of computer programs (Ms. Office, MBWin, Internet, E-mail, etc.);
- Typing/encoding speed and accuracy of at least 40 words per minute and 80 accuracy;
- Strong attention to detail with monitoring and evaluation skills;
- Honest and hardworking; and
- High ability to work with minimum supervision.
