Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a vacant position of Accounting and Finance Instructor, based in Phnom Penh.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Teach and educate students in the subject of Accounting and Finance
- Manage and supervise the finance projects for students to practice
- Design and implement the procedure and schedule for students to practice in the finance project
- Update and follow up the course syllabus for the students
- Prepare the lesson plan and update teaching materials and resources for students
- Conduct tests and ongoing assessments for students
- Encourage and activate students to improve both academics and attitudes
- Closely cooperate with all staff and teachers within the organization
- Write a report for a manager
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Management, Economics or Other related fields
- Hold a pedagogy certificate preferred
- Minimum 3 year experiences related to finance and banking
- Be able to use the accounting software
- Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail…etc.,)
- Good command of English, French is a plus
- Creative, patient and flexible
- Good at communication and interpersonal skills
