Training Manager
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operational activities of the training department. He or she has to be quality driven, open-minded, creative, people-oriented, and have excellent communication skills and be highly motivated with the following requirements:
• At least 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar position in a hotel or comparable industry
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Well versed in computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher
• Willing and open to learning new skills, new experiences and a positive attitude
• Committed to adhering to high standards in completing training tasks as per the job descriptions.
• Well versed in training techniques, and dedicated to improve levels of customer service
• Must be able to function effectively with tight deadlines
• Versatile in adapting to change
