NGO Committee on the Rights of the Child (NGOCRC), an alliance of National and International organizations, advocates for Child Rights in Cambodia and ensures support for UNCRC through monitoring its implementation, cooperation with member organizations, and networking with relevant agencies. NGOCRC, NGOCRC is now seeking to hire the qualified trainer to conduct the 3 days training on “Project Design” to Executive Committee members and Management Team members of NGOCRC.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant post graduate background or other related fields
- Sound understanding and have relevant work experience on Development Management
- Excellent and proven facilitation and training skills
- Experienced in organizing with delivering meetings/trainings/workshops
- Experienced in conducting participatory training/managing training projects
- Strong planning with organizational skills
- Very good communication skills
- Availability to deliver within the timeframe
