Regional Manager– Cambodian National

We are looking for talented, motivated, and results‐oriented individuals to join our dynamic team, to expand the Sanitation Marketing program across Cambodia to achieve Millennium Development Goals. Compensation is competitive with private sector level salary and reflective of experience.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Regional Manager, you will lead and supervise the implementation of the
Sanitation Marketing Scale‐Up Program in several provinces. You will be responsible for the recruitment, mentorship, management, and monitoring of field staff and will work closely with local government, businesses, and NGOs.
Your Qualifications
University degree in business management, rural development or other relevant
areas with 5+ years work experience.
Based in Siem Reap with regular travel within assigned region and to Phnom Penh
Knowledge of sanitation and small business management is asset

- Planning and organizing events

- Scheduling and report writing
- Working with government in policy,
- advocacy, and capacity building
- Managing budgets and project expenses

- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Intermediate to advanced computer abilities with MS Office, E‐mail, and Internet
