Recruitment Consultant (1 position based in Phnom Penh)
This role is responsible for providing support to HR Manager, HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers in recruitment related activities by designing and delivering effective recruitment solutions across all roles in ANZ Royal. The incumbent will also act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and manage the Recruitment Taleo system.
Main Duties
• Delivering lowest possible “cost per hire” without compromising service quality
• Mitigating ANZ exposure to financial penalty through compliance to ANZ and industry policies
• Developing thorough understanding of customer group and develop strong working relationships with hiring managers
• Operating within global and local recruitment policies and processes
• Ensuring the process is delivered consistently across ANZ
• Issuing employment contract (LOO) and follow up on-boarding process
• Living and promoting ANZ values in all areas of service delivery
Skills/Experiences
• 2-4 years general HR experience in a large international organisation
• Sound knowledge of Recruitment and HR issues
• Excellent planning, organisational and decision making skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to interact at all levels of an organisation
• Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Attention to detail and accuracy
