Working under the Housing Manager, the successful applicant will be expected to deal with our local and international clients, guiding them to finding their ideal property as well as managing and developing the existing portfolio of properties, liaising with landlords and maintaining strong relationships within the community.
Candidates must :
• Have good Sales or Sales Support experience.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Possess an excellent telephone manner.
• Be computer literate.
• Have a willingness to learn.
• Have strong personal skills.
• Have a flexible approach to working hours.
Preference may be given to candidates with the following :
• Experience in searching and controlling properties within Phnom Penh.
• Experience with working with expatriate clients.
• French language skills.
• Own transportation.
