1. Payable Supervisor (1 position)
Location: Phnom Penh
Key Responsibility:
• To provide timely, adequate payable information and data to Line Manager and Senior Management.
• Ensure full compliance with local financial regulatory requirements and SOX controls within payables accounting.
• To supervise and manage Payables Accountants to ensure their given duties/job objectives are met.
• To produce monthly accrual checklist and supplier creditor balances
• Be responsible for all Prepayment booking and monthly amortization schedule of all expenses.
• To monitor and ensure that all Company’s contracts that had been entered/signed are fully accounted for.
• To monitor supplier balances, payment, and ensure that there is no duplicate payment.
• Be responsible for daily cash/cheque booking and supervise all accounting issues related to payables transactions.
Knowledge and skills required:
• BBA in accounting/ACCA with at least three years experience in related field
• Operational knowledge of computerized accounting package with Ms. Word, Excel, SUN system or other accounting software.
• Sound knowledge of accounting standard (IFRS or CAS) is an advantage
• Be able to work under time pressure
• Good interpersonal, team motivation and supervision skills
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills
• Good experience in payable accounting
• Good communications (oral & written Khmer/English) skills
2. CellCard Center Officer (1 Position)
Location: Phnom Penh
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide good service to all customers (be customer friendly, helpful, prompt response with accurate information)
• Receiving and qualifying customer application including credit check
• Subscriber activation, service modification and disconnection
• Enquiries and complaints handling
• Manage the day and day sales operations at CSSC
• Serves and sales Post-paid and Pre-paid connection to walk in customers
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
• At least University student in Business Administration or related Field
• At least one year experience in the position which involving with customer contact
• Be dynamic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess basic computer skills (MS. Window and MS. Office)
3. Sales Representative (1 Position)
Location: Takmao
Job Responsibility:
• Manage the day-to-day sales operations
• Serve and sell connection to walk-in customers who wish to purchase our
• Provide information to customers about CamGSM products and services
• Generate monthly sales reports
• Handle necessary jobs by communicating with involved departments
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirement:
• BBA in marketing or related field
• Experience in in-door sales
• Good communication skills in both Khmer and English
• Good interpersonal skill and knowledge of negotiation
• Knowledge in Microsoft office, internet and Email
• Ability to work independently.
