Now Hiring: M&E Manager – Cambodian National

We are looking for talented, motivated, and results‐oriented individuals to join our dynamic team, to expand the Sanitation Marketing program across Cambodia to achieve Millennium Development Goals. Compensation is competitive with private sector level salary and reflective of experience.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As the M&E Manager for the Sanitation Marketing Program, you will be responsible for
the program research design, execution, and data analysis.
Your Qualifications
University degree in science, rural development , statistics or other relevant areas
with 5+ years work experience.
Experience in marketing/consumer research and sanitation is an plus.
Experience:
- Managing teams
- Working in a multi‐functional and multi‐cultural team
- Planning and organizing
- Training and mentoring
- Scheduling and report writing
- Managing budgets and project expenses
- Working with databases and statistical analysis software (SPSS, Access, SQL, etc.) Developing and testing surveys
- Facilitating focus groups
- Analyzing and interpreting data
- Technical report writing in English
Skills:
- Leadership and mentorship
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Intermediate to advanced computer abilities with MS Office, E‐mail, and Internet
Personal qualities:
