1. Information Security Officer (1 Position), (Location-Phnom Penh)
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Department and be responsible to:
- Conduct the information security risk assessment program. Review compliance with the information security policy and associated procedures.
- Monitor compliance with information security policies and procedures, referring problems to the appropriate department head.
- Prepare the disaster recovery plan and assist in coordinating contingency plan tests on a regular basis.
- Manage and handle information security incidents.
- Manage and maintain Bank’s security network Wireless, LAN and WAN for both HQ and branches including DR site to ensure that the bank’s network are smooth operation and always protected from unauthorized access.
- Install, update, configure network equipments such as modem, router, VPN firewall and Check point.
- Ensure that all network & servers equipment complies with industry standards;
- Troubleshoot problems with network and security infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, proxy servers and make corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage and monitor both core hardware servers & operating system platforms.
- Ensure that storage, archiving, and backup are functioning correctly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology, Master in this field is preferred.
- Minimum five years of experience in information security or related field.
- Good understanding of key network and technical security controls.
- Good understanding of application security.
- In-dept knowledge in configuring all kind of network security device such as Cisco Firewall, Check Point and other software firewall is preferred.
- Understanding of risks in banking or financial services sector is advantage.
- Knowledge of IT Risk and Security governance.
- Certified MCSE, CCNP, CISSP, CCSA.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and verbal English and Khmer.
2. Database Administrator (1 Position), (Location-Phnom Penh)
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible to:
- Install, patch and maintain all Oracle software.
- Tune all Oracle instance components including SQL and PL/SQL.
- Design and implement a backup & recovery system.
- Implement Oracle failover technology.
- Control privileges and permissions to database users.
- Monitoring database performance.
- Monitoring the database server on a regular basis to identify bottlenecks.
- Storage and Capacity Planning - The primary purpose of a database is to store and retrieve data, so planning how much disk storage will be required and monitoring available disk space are key DBA responsibilities. Watching growth trends are important so that the DBA can advise management on long-term capacity plans.
- Troubleshooting when things do go wrong with the database server, the DBA needs to know how to quickly ascertain the problem, and to correct it without losing data or making the situation worse.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology.
- Minimum of three-year experience in managing oracle database.
- Good experience in Oracle Database Cluster and Data guard.
- Oracle Certified Professional.
- Good command of written and verbal English and Khmer.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Credit Officer (1 Position), (Location-Phnom Penh)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance & Banking, or in related field
- Minimum two- year experience in loan processing and good knowledge of credit card product
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and verbal English and Khmer
- Ability to work well autonomously as well as part of a team
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Computer literate
