Due to our continuous business expansion, we are searching for excellent Cambodian candidates / prospects to add to our enthusiastic team in the position of Human Resource Specialist (1 Position) base in Phnom Penh.
Human Resource Specialist (01 Position)
Responsibilities :
- Assist HRM Manager in developing tools for recruitment.
- Update manpower request and prepare related monthly reports.
- Design and post job advertisements.
- Screen applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications and summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmenta heads
- Interview and test candidates.
- Prepare employment contract both new comers and existing employees, temporary employee evaluation, probation evaluation, confirm probation letter and personnel action form, clearance and exit interview completion.
Essential Requirements:
- Male or Female, 25 years old and above.
- BBA in Management / HRM or relate field.
- At least 1 year working experience in HR field.
- Awareness of recruitment and selection process, managing staff records.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of English in written and spoken.
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
