Future Light Orphanage-WorldMate – FLO-W is a Cambodian non-profit Organization funded by multi-donors in Japan and The USA, working to help the Orphans and Vulnerable Children to gain a better formal education, shelter and professional career.
We are now recruiting the qualified Cambodian national to fill the vacancy position as English Teacher (01post) which will be based in the center located in Prey Lvea Village, Sangkat Chom Chao, Khan Dangkor, Phnom Penh.
Salary range from US $200.00 – $250.00 per month
Qualification
- Age from 25 - 35 years old
- University degree, preferably in English Literature/Education
- At least two year experiences in teaching English as a second language and in curriculum development
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email…)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills especially with children
- Strong creative skills in solving conflicts and good team work
- Work dedication (be honest, creative, proactive, strict, flexible and hardworking)
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to work with Orphans and Vulnerable Children
Role and Responsibilities:
- Preparing course curriculum
- Ensure the proper lesson plan and good pedagogy skills
- Teaching English to various levels ranging from beginner to advanced level.
- Be in charge in following up the progress of kids in English language skill
- Involved in helping improve awareness of children’s morality
- Prepared monthly progress report to supervisor
- Involved in technical brainstorming for improving educational system
