Pour un Sourire d'Enfant (PSE) is a French non-profit making organization which has been established since 1996. PSE employs more than 500 dedicated staff. It provides technical and vocational education, nutrition, health care, protection & shelter, general education and community development to underprivileged students. Due to rapid growth of existing and new programs, PSE is seeking for a potential candidate for a vacant position of Communication and Fundraising Volunteer, based in Phnom Penh.
Responsibilities
- Assist in writing and editing of progress reports, final reports, grant proposals and other paper work related to communication and fundraising
- Support and assist in the drafting and editing various documents, including general correspondence, project documents and others
- Participate in initiating, searching, and identifying new fund raising opportunities
- Assist in developing a communication work, including press release, and other media tools
- Help facilitate and coordinate with printing houses, translation services and other service providers
- Help organize and facilitate the event management
Requirements
- Fresh graduate in communication, marketing, international development and other related fields
- Demonstrate the interest in communication or fundraising work
- Strong knowledge/ experience in web development (Wordpress, CSS, Dreamweaver, Html) and film editing programs
- Strong knowledge/ experience in drafting and editing proposals/ reports
- Demonstrate the abilities and interest to work with cross culture environments
- Be able to carry out work to meet the deadline and produce high quality
- Good command in English; French would be a great asset
- Be flexible, dynamic, proactive and team building
- Be able to work within a three-month contract
