Sr. Radio Network Planning & Optimization Engineer
Job Summary:
The Sr. Radio Network Planning & Optimization Engineer will be responsible for radio access network coverage and conduct capacity planning based on business inputs. She/he will take responsibility for network design, node dimensioning, traffic monitoring and analysis, network KPIs monitoring and analysis, and cell parameters planning and optimization. He will also require specifications for contractors and vendors.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 2 year experience in a similar position;
- With Bachelor degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science;
- Proficient in GSM technologies;
- Proficient with – ATOLL, TEMS, MAPINFO, Nemo outdoor and analysis…etc;
- Advance Microsoft Excel skill;
- Experience with Huawei technologies is preferred;
- Analytical, detail-oriented and performance driven;
- Able to produce excellent results under pressure;
- With good oral and report-writing English and Khmer communication skills.
Senior Accountant
Job Summary:
The Senior Accountant will be reporting to the Chief Accountant. He/she is responsible for overall bookkeeping and ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of the general accounting processes including taxation. Job responsibilities includes: make sure that transaction for Journal Entry are recorded on time with the approved chart of account and compliance with IFRS; fixed assets entry and make sure all fixed assets are register properly with correct classification; reconcile the entry with asset management system; monthly reconciliation of key account and assist chief accountant in monthly closing.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree’s in Accounting or equivalent;
- At least 3 year in the same position, experience in commercial industry would be advantage;
- Knowledge of taxation is an advantage;
- Analytical, detail-oriented and performance driven;
- Able to produce excellent results under pressure;
- With good oral and writing English and Khmer communication skills.
Treasury Manager
Job Summary:
The Treasury Manager will be reporting to the Head of Financial Planning, Analysis/Treasury and responsible for effective management of cash flow for the company. Job responsibilities include: establish and review policies and procedures related to treasury; cash flow forecast and review to ensure sufficient funds at all times; approve Payment Requests; cash flow statement preparation and reporting; assists in financing arrangement and ensure covenant compliance; train & monitor staff and deal with other departments and banks and assist the Head of Financial Planning, Analysis & Treasury as required.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in treasury management, with telecom would be preferred;
- At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience ;
- Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree in accountancy, finance, banking, economic, business administration, or related area;
- Analytical, detail-oriented and performance driven;
- Able to produce excellent results under pressure;
- With good oral and report-writing English and Khmer communication skills.
Sr. Transmission Network Planning & Optimization Engineer
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Transmission Network, the Senior Transmission Network Planning & Optimization Engineer is responsible for planning and implementing the Transmission Network capacity and requirements based on business input, Transmission Network design (SDH and PDH planning experience), node dimensioning, microwave network planning and optimization, requirements specification for contractors and vendors and construction subcontractors management (optical fiber, SDH and IP/MPLS).
Essential Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in transmission network for telecom
- Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area
- Experience in TN (backhaul, backbone, MW) and Huawei technologies is preferred;
- Analytical, detail-oriented and performance driven
- Able to produce excellent results under pressure
- With good oral and report-writing English and Khmer communication skills
