1. QOS Engineer (1 Position)
Location: Phnom Penh
Key Responsibilities:
• To deliver PS Core(SGSN/GGSN) network performance improvement
• Capacity management and end to end service quality optimization
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly KPI monitoring and reporting
• Troubleshooting
• PS network KPI analysis and suggestion for improvements
• Core network PS performance analysis and setting benchmark
• Trouble ticket handling for core network PS and follow up with concerned
• Follow up and analysis of backup procedures for packet switching (PS) network
• PS utilization monitoring optimization and handling requirement for expansion
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor of Engineering
• 2 or 4 years experience in related field
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills on Huawei PS equipment
• Preferred CCNA
• Skill of MS Office
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Flexible, dynamic and confident.
2.PS Engineer (1 Position)
Location: Phnom Penh
Key Responsibilities:
• SGSN, IGGSN, BGP, CISCO router support services operation and maintenance
• Support datacom, router, WAP gateway, firewall and IP network activities
• Support MFS,RNC,BSC Network interconnection activities
• PS plan work implementation, troubleshooting integrations and migration
• Support customer card WAP Cellcard portal, telesurf, OTA platform
• On site troubleshooting and rectification of faults.
• Coordination with Vendors
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor of Engineering and IT
• 2 or 4 years experience in PS/datacom
• Knowledge of CCNA, PS, Datacom, IP, SGSN, GGSN Huawei product, Perl Programming Skills
• Huawei SGSN GGSN training is an advantage
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Flexible, dynamic and confident.
