1. Public Relation Assistant, based in Phnom Penh
Responsibilities
- Search and look for a new hotel and restaurant business arrivals
- Observe and scan the job market environment
- Facilitate and assist students during the internship and job hunting
- Facilitate and solves student problems
- File and update clients’ information
- Participate and cooperate with Professional Life Trainer
- Arrange and facilitate in Conferences, Events, and Other alike
- Work closely with Public Relation Supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, or Other similar fields
- Some experience related to communication/ relations
- Good Command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Initiative and well-organized
2. Sales Assistant, based in Phnom Penh
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for visiting and building a good relationship with all clients
- Assist to prepare promotion activities and event marketing for Lotus Blanc restaurant
- Develop marketing strategies to attract clients and promote the restaurant services
- Conduct the monthly survey to find out the customer behaviors and service satisfaction
- Assist to design the communication tools and press release such as leaflets, flyers, promotion banners …
- Be responsible for providing warm welcome services all clients
- Write a monthly report for the manager
Requirements
- Bachelor of Hotel and Tourism Management, Sales & Marketing or Other related fields
- Minimum one year experience as sales and marketing
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office
- Good command of English, French or both
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present the information and respond to questions from clients
- Be initiative and well-organized
3. Training Coordinator, based in Phnom Penh
Responsibilities
- Formulate the training plans and toolkits to improve the organization capacity building
- Identify and analyze the training and development needs for individuals and organization
- Train and facilitate all training courses
- Design and evaluate the training and development programs
- Plan and implement the induction programs
- Update and develop the training procedure and manual
- Build a good relationship with the external training agencies
- Organize and keep the data and records of staff development and training
- Forecast and prepare the yearly budget plan of the training program
- Assist in training logistics and materials for all courses
- Administer and monitor all training process
- Meet regularly and work closely with Human Resource Director (HRD)
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Business Management or other related fields
- Experience in management/ adult trainings is a must
- Certificate of pedagogy or Training of Trainer
- Demonstrate the excellent capacity building knowledge/ experiences
- Sound knowledge of HR and Psychology
- Good command of English or French
- Computer literacy (Word & Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and E-mail….etc.)
- Excellent in communication, presentation, facilitation and negotiation skills
- Be patient, dynamic, responsible, and creative
